Philadelphia-born Chef Arthur Cavaliere and East Falls’ Real Estate Developer Mark Sherman have teamed up once again to bring you, Foghorn. Inspired by his appreciation for the simple things in life, Cavaliere is serving up Philly style fried chicken in a casual yet vibrant setting. Foghorn is located just steps away from its sibling restaurant, In Riva, in the East Falls section of Philadelphia.

Arthur Cavaliere

Chef Arthur Cavaliere has been a part of the always-evolving Philadelphia restaurant scene for over 20 years. He began his career during highschool, as a line cook in Manayunk, just a few blocks from where he works today. After graduating from college, Arthur had the opportunity to run some of the most successful kitchens in Philadelphia and Washington DC–Iron Chef Jose Garces’ Amada, Stephen Starr’s El Vez and Parc and Michel Richard’s Central Michel Richard. Most recently, Arthur opened In Riva, where he is currently the Chef/Owner of the Southern Italian inspired restaurant. Arthur’s impressive resume and passion for food are the perfect ingredients for a successful culinary establishment.
